This is a legal agreement between you and Lenard Kratky ("LAKdev", "we", "us" or "our"). The following terms of use only apply when you download or use any of our mobile software or services ("Apps") made by LAKdev. In addition to the standard "LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT" (http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/appstore/dev/stdeula/), users also agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, LAKdev grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to access, use and install our apps on your mobile device only for your personal and non-commercial use.
RESTRICTED USE
All other rights not explicitly mentioned in this agreement are reserved to LAKdev. This includes that you may not duplicate, copy, modify, sell, sublicense, distribute or in any way transfer or grant rights to our Apps without our prior written permission. Moreover, you may not attempt to get unauthorized access to any features, systems or networks connected to our Apps or servers. You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of our services.
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Our Apps will allow you to purchase a monthly subscription to unlock certain features. A subscription as an "in-app-purchase" will disable all advertisement served within our Apps and will let you access "premium-only" content which is not available in the free version of our Apps. Subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew periodically unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings.
APP UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify our Apps or services at any time, which includes adding or removing functions to existing Apps. You may be required to update manually or automatically our Apps when we release a new version.
AGE REQUIREMENT
To install or use one of our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are at least 13 but not yet 18 years of age, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian for the use of our Apps who also needs to accept this agreement. In this case the parent or legal guardian is responsible for exercising supervision over his children's activities.

DISCLAIMER
ALL OF OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND MAY INCLUDE ERROS. LAKDEV HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE APPS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THEY WILL BE WITHOUT ERRORS, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR SECURE OR THAT THE APPS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PARTICULAR NEEDS. THEREFORE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR APPS. LAKDEV EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES.
